WinRolla Terms and Conditions

The rules governing your WinRolla account, from registration to bonus wagering, last revised 2026-09-22.

WinRolla Casino Terms and Conditions

Accepting These Terms

Registering a WinRolla account is the moment these terms become legally binding on you. By completing registration, checking the acceptance box and submitting your details, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below, along with the Privacy Policy referenced elsewhere on this site. Continued use of your account, including logging in, depositing or claiming a bonus, is treated as ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Several practices are treated as violations that can lead to account restriction, forfeiture of funds or closure. Multi-accounting, meaning the operation of more than one account by the same person, household or device, is prohibited. Bonus abuse, including any strategy designed to extract value from a promotion without genuine play, is prohibited. Collusion between players on live or table games, and the use of automation, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform, are both prohibited. WinRolla reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts found to be engaged in any of these practices.

Limitation of Liability

WinRolla is not liable for losses arising from your own internet connection, device failure or third-party payment provider delays. Game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators supplied by our software partners, and disputes over a specific round are resolved according to the provider’s own recorded game logs. WinRolla’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the funds held in your account balance at the time a dispute arises.

Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, and at any point WinRolla considers appropriate, you may be asked to verify your identity. Accepted documents include an Australian driver’s licence, a passport, or a Medicare card, together with a proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Verification is typically completed within a few business days of document submission, though incomplete or unclear uploads extend this timeframe. Withdrawals are held pending successful verification.

Technical Malfunctions and Voided Rounds

A visible malfunction, including a display error, an interrupted connection mid-round or an incorrect payout figure caused by a software fault, voids the affected round. In a voided round, WinRolla restores your balance to the state it was in immediately before the round began, and any bet placed during the malfunction is refunded rather than paid out at the displayed (incorrect) figure. Genuine game results recorded by the provider’s own server-side logs always take precedence over what was momentarily displayed on your screen or app.

Monthly fiat withdrawal limits of up to $7,000 apply, with higher limits available at senior VIP tiers.

Bonus Wagering and Limits

Any casino bonus credited to your account, including each stage of the welcome package, carries a 50x wagering requirement calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a separate 40x wagering requirement. The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is $5 per round; exceeding it may void the bonus and any related winnings. Each welcome bonus stage must be wagered within 10 days of being credited, after which any unmet portion, along with associated winnings, is forfeited. 18+. T&Cs apply.

Bonus Eligibility and Exclusions

Deposits made via Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for any WinRolla bonus, including the welcome package and the Weekend Reload. Pokies from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and NetEnt generally contribute at 100% towards clearing bonus wagering, while table games, live casino titles and certain specialty games contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded entirely. The current exclusion list is published alongside each individual promotion. 18+. T&Cs apply.

Governing Law and Regulator Jurisdiction

WinRolla operates under Anjouan Gaming Licence No. ALSI-152406028-FI2, issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan to the operator, NovaForge LTD. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to that licence, and any regulatory oversight of the operator’s conduct sits with the Gaming Board of Anjouan rather than with any Australian authority.

Age, Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register a WinRolla account, with no exception across any Australian state or territory. Only one account is permitted per person, household or device; a second account discovered at any stage will be closed and any balance forfeited. Registration requires accurate personal details, including a genuine date of birth, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account information current. WinRolla holds no licence issued by an Australian authority. The Anjouan Gaming Licence referenced above is an offshore authorisation and does not amount to approval to operate for Australian residents; participation from Australia remains your own responsibility under the laws that apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

WinRolla may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in promotions, payment methods or regulatory requirements. Material changes are communicated through an on-site notice or an email to your registered address ahead of the change taking effect. Continued use of your account after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree with a change, you may close your account before it takes effect.
